    Q:Hello I ordered both hall and privacy halifax levers in matte black and when the order delivered the hall levers are matte black on the box but the privacy levers say Iron black. Are they the same finish?

    A:  The 514 finish name was changed from Iron Black to Matte Black. It's the same finish, only the name has changed.

      Q:can these be rotated 90 degrees? I need the lock pin at the bottom(!), and the screws aligned horizontally (not vertically where lock is on the side!) I ordered 730HFLSQT154PK/318570878, but I think I got 730HFLSQT156ALRCSV1V1/316638991 instead?

      A:  The Halifax Square Bed/Bath door lever set comes with the mounting screws in the horizontal position with the privacy but on side only and cannot be adjusted.

        A:  The first picture showing four levers with key hole at the *bottom* is incorrect - this would imply that the lock pin is on the bottom as well (while in fact it's on the side) Either add correct picture, or remove it altogether, this has caused confusion.
