A:  Yes, you can purchase two of the Dakota door handle sets and use one of them as a dummy. The internal components would not be used for the dummy side.

A:  You have a deadbolt n s side knob with this set.  The bolt secures the door n the knob  keeps the door closed  The inside knob has no key, so yes it is possible to replace the knob with a lever.

A:  Not sure if “standard” fit, but my new kwikset door fixture fit all the holes perfectly.
