A:  To install the Tylo combo pack, the door boreholes diameter must be 2-1/8" or 1-1/2” for the deadbolt, the door thickness between 1-3/8"–2-1/4" and the backset 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". Thick door kits may be required for doors between 1-7/8” to 2-1/4” thick. If your door has these dimensions, you can install the combo pack on either a wood or steel door.

A:  Yes, the locked knob should remain stationary when locked... If it is not stationary, it may Need tightening under the Flanges.

A:  Yes I bought my at the store it’s was easy to put on I had a great experience doing it

A:  I saw two sets offered at the Homedepot that had the same key. But not six. Perhaps the store could give more info on whether this is available.

A:  Yes. What you do is have Home Depo key them all the same before you leave the store with your purchase.

A:  I do not know .... I had to take mine and have them all keyed alike - would have been nice if that was an option when I ordered them

A:  The Tylo doorknob includes the drive-in collar part # 81828 and the deadbolt includes the drive-in latch part # 81306.

A:  The Kwikset model #690T 26D RCAL RCS is meant for door thickness that ranges from 13/8" - 1 3/4"

A:  The thickness of the door that I installed my set is 1 3/4". This is a standard thickness of an exterior rated door.

A:  Yes, these can be bought in as many sets as you wish. Follow instructions on installation and re-key using your existing house key. You can also re-key all of them to one of the new keys. That comes in handy for rentals.

A:  Kwikset manufactures keyed alike units that are up to 6 boxes to a pallet. The SmartKey technology allows rekeying the lock at any time to the other Kwikset key. The model number on the package K2, K3, K4, K6 would indicate the number of locksets that have the same key.

A:  Buy two sets with matching key codes. Or have Home Depot Rekey The cylinders of the second step.

A:  Yes, just make sure it is the same series.

A:  If your Home Depot has a Key Making section and you talk to them before you leave the store, most will key your purchase to use the same key. I had my Home Depot do 3 new lock sets the same for the new doors that I was installing. Just ask them.

A:  The Juno is part of the Signature Series and the Tylo is part of the Kwikset Series. Please visit your local Home Depot special order counter for order placement, product availability, shipping and pricing.

A:  Buy the kwikset smart key locks. They can easily be rekeyed at home to match your existing sets/keys. This one isn’t smartkey.

A:  You will need to buy a lockset using the same keyway (the keyblank will look the same as you existing keys) and then have a locksmith or hardware store rekey the lock to match your existing keys. Or you could purchase a lock like the Kwikset Smartkey line which costs more but allows you to rekey the lock yourself at home in a fairly simple procedure. All instructions are included .

A:  Buy the same type of lock, then have Home Depot re key them. Bring them the original key, and they can make the new lock work with the old key.

A:  Kwikset should sell a rekeying kit that will allow you to rekey the new lock to match the old lock.

A:  Homedepot sells a lock that you can rekey. Not sure but I bet you could use your old key to relay the new lock.
