A:  Just saying that you can't get it to work is very vague. If you are talking about the height adjustment, it only works on the slicer blade. If you are talking about getting the motor to run, make sure everything is locked in place. Try pushing on the buttons harder. I heard about people complaining about how hard you have to push on the buttons to get the motor to run. Good luck.

    A:  The food processor can be used for making dough by using the dough blade, which available as a separate purchase as the dough blade does not come with it.

      A:  Yes, you can make dough for pie crust in this machine. I use a stand mixer with a dough hook for pizza dough.
