Q:Hi -- What are the differences between the two Santa Rosa models 3810 and 32901? I see in your spec sheets that the dimensions and shape are slightly different, but how do they differ functionally and in quality? Thank you

The difference between K-3810 and K-32901 are the overall dimensions and height; both toilets are made up of the same material and quality and are both 1.28 gpf with the Aqua-Piston flushing technology.     A:  Both models are the same toilet, they are just paired with different accessories. The K-32901-0 includes a wax ring / hardware kit for installation along with a slow-close toilet seat. The K-30810-0 does not come with the wax ring / hardware kit and come

      A:  A few follow-ups on my questions, based on comparing the specs of the two models. 1. Does the 32901 have Quiet-Close lid and seat? 2. Doe the lid and seat of the 32901 have Quick Release functionality? 3. Why is the trap passageway in 32901 smaller (2")?

          Q:How big is the drain hole at the bottom of the toilet? Is it 2.5 inch or 3.0 inch? I try to find a wax ring with similar or bigger diameter so that water can go through much faster. Thanks in advance.

                  Q:Can the Aqua Piston be switched out with a standard flapper system? My installation has an offset flange cemented in place and the installed Santa Rosa splashes up above seat when flushed, adjustment no help. Will have to return if cannot replace. Help
