A:  If your current tub is vented it should work fine. When I installed mine I didn't change anything on the drain or vent lines.

The weight of the shower base will hold it in place when installed. The shower base is available in the follow Kohler colors: White, Biscuit, Dune, Thunder Grey, and Black.
