Q:Outdoor shower install in western PA...cold winters. Will this pan be safe if properly installed. thank you

          Q:I need to remove the caulking between the shower pan and the tile on the wall. What are the best tools or products to aid in removing the caulking without damaging the porcelain surface of the shower pan?
