Q:The black rubber o-ring that is on the faucet handle broke - the handle jiggles. Can you tell me what the replacement part number is? This ring is inserted between the faucet handle and the fixture (see picture attached).

        A:  Hi Chloe, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I am glad to address your question. There is a round plug button (cap) on the end of the handle, facing out. This can be pried off using a thin flat blade screwdriver or file, being careful to protect the finish. Once the cap is removed, it will expose a Philips screw which can be removed to remove the handle. For additional assistance, please call our team at 1-800-4KOHLER (M-F; 8am-5pm CST).             Q:I have this faucet in my bathroom - installed about 5 yrs. ago. I frequently get consistent in duration dripping after turning off. I have cleared the faucet screen. Throught the last year I have taken the handles off and some of the washers to make sure everthing is tight snd to nudge it here snd there and I can usually get it to stop. But there is no pattern ot logic to why it seems to stop or start up again or what my timkering does. Nothing seems loose. I most frequently try to adjust the hot lever. It doesn’t appear that any sealing rings are broken. I also just took the lever and some of the other washers/gears off tonight and realized I changed the direction that the lever turns on. Are the levers supposed to pull towars you or push away to turn on? Any ideas what might be causing the dripping?
