Sloppy Workmanship
1. The levers are not even in the down position when the water is off. The cold lever is pointed up a bit while the hot is level.
2. The water "splatters" out of the spout. Should be a nice even stream. I took out the filter to see if something was not seated, but no improvement after reassembly.

Hello MikeF, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am sorry to read of the concerns you have had with your Bancroft® bathroom sink faucet. In the "off" position, the handles will be positioned upward, as shown in the picture online. Both handles will tilt / pull forward 1/4 of a turn or rotation to be in the full "on" position. If this was not occurring, there likely is an adjustment that is needed. Regarding your aerator, if that has been cleaned and there is still an irregular flow, a new aerator may be needed. Faucet was promptly delivered and installed easily by the homeowner. The hot water lever seems a bit sticky for operation, but has not, as yet, been a significant issue with operation. May disassemble and lube the washer/gasket. HD was excellent!

Looks good, works very well, but reduced water flow.
As another review noted, the supply lines are permanently attached to the faucet and are undersize, resulting in lower water delivery at the spout and requiring adapter fittings (not included) at the supply valves (or you can change to 3/8" valves). Otherwise, this is a nice piece of hardware with smoothly acting quarter turn handles and ceramic cartridges that should last a long time. Just wish they could have fitted in standard 1/2" supply lines.
