Q:Does this sink have a metal ring around the overflow hole?

A:  Hi Renee, this is Vikrant with Kohler Customer Service. I am glad to address your question. This sink currently comes with a color matched overflow metal ferule that is inserted and sealed in the overflow hole. The overflow ferrule can be removed and replaced in case of rust.                 Q:Does it require a faucet that has ability to open & close the drain? Or, can drain be closed manually?
