Q:Can the rubber button under the removable arm be replaced that makes a spray or stream? Ours isn't holding and we can't get a single stream any longer.

A:  Hi, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am glad to answer your question. The button is not serviceable alone. A complete sprayhead can be replaced to correct what was occurring. The part number is K-1176828. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

      Q:This is my second Elate faucet. This one has black plastic "sleeve" covering the articulating swivel joint at the spray head which the original one did not have. Is this normal or was something dislodging during shipping?
