Q:My current bathtub has a soaking depth of 17 inches at the deepest point if I cover up the overflow slot. I want something deeper. This Kohler tub in your "specifications"
says it has a soaking depth of "15 inches". Yet, in the "Product Overview" it says ' Sloted overflow raises water depth to a deeper soak" and "Comfort depth design offers a convenient 19 in. step-over height while retaining the same depth as a standard 21 in. bath" I do not know what the soaking depth of a "standard 21 in. bath" is. This is all confusing and contradictory. What is the exact soaking depth before the water hits the overflow slots. Also is it possible to cover up the overflow slots and if so how deep does the water get before it overflow onto the floor? I would not want the tub unless the soaking depth is 21 inches or at least several inches more than my tub. Please advise. Thanks
