A: You’ll want the 18-pnf model if want it to come from the factory with power down feed. Otherwise you’ll have to be creative and adapt something later on

A: Go to popular machine tool suppliers stores, the sales personnel can find you a universal DRO that will install on almost anything, I have a DRO on my 1920's hendey lathe, you may be able to get a travel dial which is less expensive and works well, The power feed I do not know the answer but many of these aftermarket parts fit universaly

A: According to the manual, the machine comes pre-wired for 115v, but can be changed to 230v.
