JELD-WEN only recommends cutting a quarter of an inch off each edge of the door. While you may choose to trim your door, please note that requests for warranty services could be denied depending on the circumstances affecting product performance.         Q:Is the door jamb painted, or is it a white colored sticker? If there is a sticker, then it prevents me from me from removing the stop in order to mount the door, as well as adjust the door to swing perfectly. Plus stickers just look super cheap.
