Q:Is it possible to get Real dimensions on your windows? All off your messuring guides show the rough opening being 1/2 larger than the outside of the nailing strip. If that were the case, it would just fall through the opening.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. The actual frame dimensions won't include the nailing fin and will be the RO dimensions less 1/2". The nailing fin will overlap the wall on the exterior. The window shown here will have actual frame dimensions of 23.5" wide by 29.5" high.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. This window opens out from the bottom edge. It may be possible to reach over the top of the sash when all the way open to clean the exterior of the glass from inside the structure. Removing the sash isn't recommended.
