Q:Is it possible to get Real dimensions on your windows? All off your messuring guides show the rough opening being 1/2 larger than the outside of the nailing strip. If that were the case, it would just fall through the opening.

A:  Thank you for your inquiry. The actual frame dimensions won't include the nailing fin and will be the RO dimensions less 1/2". The nailing fin will overlap the wall on the exterior. The window shown here will have actual frame dimensions of 23.5" wide by 29.5" high.

    A:  Thank you for your inquiry. This window, as configured, has an integral nailing fin for nail fin installations, but the fin can be removed for retrofit installations.

      A:  Thank you for your inquiry. The grid bars on this window are taped permanently to the surface of the glass, on the interior and exterior. They are not meant to be removeable.

        Q:How easy is it to clean the outside? Does it pop out for cleaning?

        A:  Thank you for your inquiry. This window opens out from the bottom edge. It may be possible to reach over the top of the sash when all the way open to clean the exterior of the glass from inside the structure. Removing the sash isn't recommended.
