A:  Cahjvl, this set does have a smaller footprint but accessing tight spaces you may find it easier using Long Arm L Key sets or the HTHKSM14PCN. These will give you a little more access because of the longer arms, however, depending on where the access point is on the door the smaller set may be better.

A:  Yes, you can take apart the individual units to work in tight spaces & easily put them back togeter when you finish the job.
