    A:  Yes this model can be wired to use a wall dimmer switch. I wired it that way with no problems.

        Q:what is the CFM at the different speeds. 2788 as listed in description seems low. Also is the height of the fan just the fan housing and lights or does it also include a 3" or 2" downrod in the height?

        A:  Hello, the CFM on high is 4235 and the average is 2788. This fan measures 18.74-inches from the ceiling to the bottom of the lights with the 3-inch downrod installed. _Michelle

                      Q:How fast should this fan run on high, medium and low? my fan barely moves air on high and is dead slow on low out of the box. is this normal for this hunter fan ?

                      A:  Don't know, I don't have a fan speedometer, mine runs good on all three speeds, sounds like you may have one made in China that was not tested before it shipped. Wish I could help, but that is the best I can tell you.
