A:  Hello, This is Michelle with GE and I am happy to help. The clock display can be turned off. To do so, simply press the CLOCK pad once and the display will turn off. Although you will not be able to see it, the clock maintains the correct time of day. Press the CLOCK pad again if you wish to turn the display back on. Thank you for checking.

A:  Not unless you consider doing it yourself a self cleaning oven. The surface isn't difficult to clean, though.

                Answer This Question

A:  Hello RickNY, Thank you for choosing the Hotpoint Electric Range model # RB526DPWW. The oven door can be removed to help fit through tight opening. This information is provided in the use and care manual Do not lift the door by the handle. To remove the door, open it to the special stop position. Grasp firmly on each side and lift the door straight up and off the hinges. Do not place hands between the hinge and the oven door frame. To replace the door, make sure the hinges are in the special stop position. Position the slots in the bottom of the door squarely over the hinges and slowly lower it over both hinges. I hope this helps! Donna with GE
