Q:Where is the drain bib located? Front or Back? And where is the pump and equipment panel located? I want to put the tub against a wall and don't want to have to push it out to drain or service the tub.

A:  Pump and wiring panel is located on the same side as the topside controls. The drain in located on the side right of the topside controls.

            Q:I purchased the model LP151PE spa. I have seen that it says the filter is 13.5" tall, however, when I measure the actual filter that came with the spa, it measures only 13 1/8 inches. It seems to be a pretty tight fit. Will a filter advertised as being 13.5" tall REALLY fit?

              A:  Unscrew the plug half way then pull. It will release the water. Then completely unscrew.
