A:  Are you matching the remotes to the receiver in the fan? The receiver has the same dip switches and they have to match. You can't just change the remote codes without matching up the other side.

    A:  You have to have the rod. With the small rod from top to bottom it is right at 15 inches.

        Q:Have been using this fan for years. Just recently the light flickered, turned off, now the unit is not working at all. Will the fan not operate if the light needs to be changed or is something else happening? Remote still blinks red light when pressed.
