A:  They do not offer any other color. This is an integrated LED fixture and it only comes in the one color.

        Q:We’ve had our fan for 1 year and recently noticed that the speed does not change regardless of what we choose. We can hear a click when we choose a different speed but the fan operates at the same speed for each option.

          Q:Our fan just started “skipping” almost like we’re changing fan speed on the remote but we aren’t. I changed the remote frequency to see if it was being caused by a faulty remote but that didn’t help. We’ve had this fan for 6 years and this just started.

          A:  That is very strange. I would replace the motor assembly plus a new remote system to cover all bases. If you want to do that email service@summer-wind.info with name, address and request so that they can take care of that under warranty for you.

            Q:I recently replaced the battery in the remote and now the fan and/or the light will just turn on at random times. Is there a particular battery that is needed?

            A:  I don't think it could be the battery. It only takes one type of battery and if you replaced it then you have the right battery, or it would not fit. That is very strange. You can try changing the frequency codes to a different setting as maybe something else is on the same frequency code, otherwise, the remote system may be malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.               A:  Yes, you can do this. Do not use the remote system and wire the fan directly to house power circuits.
