A: ST65, to remove the cartridge you will remove the valve lock nut with a 17MM deep socket wrench. Once this is off the cartidge can be removed by pulling up on the sleeve. . Sincerely, American Standard Tech Team

Q:I have this crescent unit, the spout is loose and will rotate 360 degrees, there is NO water leak, and removing the filer spout to replace a pin seems to be potentially more problems then just leaving it alone. Is it really something I need to worry about or is it okay as it is.
