A:  We are sorry to hear that you had this issue. Per your previous question, the light kit pan may have been damaged when the pull chain was stuck on one of the blades. The only adjustment that can be made to the light kit pan is to make sure it is installed flush and completely tightened to the black bracket of the motor housing. If the light kit pan is not completely tightened, there will be an increased gap between the pan and motor housing. For the fan wobble, please make sure that the blades are completely and correctly installed, that the ball of the downrod is seated properly in the mounting bracket, and that the set screw on the motor collar is completely tightened. A:  Thank you for your question. Are you able to manually straighten the light kit pan? The glass globe will need to be removed the bulbs will need to be removed and in the light kit fitter assembly you will have two screws that need to be loosened to remove the light kit pan. If you can not manually straighten the light kit pan you might need to order a new light kit pan depends on the gap. Please note tha any switch used for the fan speed control must be a variable speed switch, not a dimer style switch. A dimmer can be used for the light. Pleae note that is using a dimmer for the light, the included bulbs will need to be replaced with dimmable bulbs.

A:  Thank you for your question. No, in general, ceiling fans should only be operated with the blades that were included with the fan. Changing blade size/shape can lead to motor damage. The installation method is different and the blades for the 44" Windward are not compatible with the 52" version.
