Please call our customer care team @ 800-527-0998 and ask them for a new receiver and remote control. They will be able to provide you with tracking and shipping time to get your replacement parts. Please inform our customer care team that you need a wall switch that not only controls speed but also the down light/up light feature as this fan as both lighting applications.
