A: I used two eye screws in the mirror and wrapped heavy duty picture frame wire between them. I put screws into 2 wall studs. I felt more comfortable using two studs to support but tend to overbuild things a bit. One #12 or larger screw in a stud should be sufficient.

A: We have not hung it up yet. Waiting for the bathroom remodel to start. It has 2 large rings that screw on to 2 corners. Then you put up a nail or screw to hang them on. They are heavy duty hangers. I do not forsee any issues when we hang it up.
