A:  Hello Stacey, Thank you for your question. The cabinet is freestanding and should be able to accommodate your floor plan. However, please note that the cabinet is only designed to fit plumbing that comes out from the back wall and not the floor. We hope this information was helpful to you.

A:  Hello Juanita, Thank you kindly for your question. We are very sorry but the cabinet and the vanity tops are not sold separately from one another; the Del Mar is only available for purchase as combo set. We apologize for the inconvenience but hope this information was helpful to you. Best Regards.

                    by|Sep 3, 2019

A:  In most cases you would have to buy the top with the vanity and just use the top. It would be a special deal to just purchase the top and have them throw away the base.

                      by|Sep 3, 2019

A:  Probably not possible. I wanted to buy a new base, but found it easier (and most likely cheaper) to just buy the whole unit. Of course, individual stores just might have a unit with a damaged base from which you could remove the sink; however, that would be a remote possibility. Suggest you just buy the whole unit and use what you need.

A:  sides of cabinet 12" deep, countertop 13 to 14" depending on how straight the back wall is. I found that the counter backspash left a gap because not vertical, but plastic is soft and can be sanded to correct or to fit wall.

A:  The dark cabinet is 30" wide. The white top overhangs the base 1/2" on each side, as it is 31". It will fit in your 31" opening... tight. You may choose, as I did, to add a 1/2" strip of painted black wood to the sides of the base to make it fill the same 31" space without side gaps. I used this next to tall cabinets, so I recessed the added strips about 1" back from the front face of the lower cabinet to make a trim line. Black semigloss spray paint matched fine, especially with the recess.
