A:  The ends of the hose was metal...thank goodness!!! That is what broke on my broken one. Went to Lowe’s, found the correct color!!!!

A:  Any brand will work... you just need to get a quick disconnect adapter. One piece goes on the faucet in place of the aerator and the other goes on the end of the hose. I just went to Home Depot and told the plumbing guy what I wanted to do and he hooked me up with what I needed. I cut the end off the garden hose off and put the quick disconnect directly on as the hose end. If you want to preserve the hose end fitting I'm sure they can get you the fittings for that too.

A:  Not sure there is an easy way. Aerator threads are fine and threading adapters in frequently is unlikely to be easy. Garden hose fittings and those of the Glacier Bay shower hose are different. Not sure exactly what is intended to be done but...... Delta Foundations Model # B510LF-PPU-ECO 4 in. Centerset Single-Handle Bathroom Faucet in Chrome has aerator with female thread 55/64 in. allowing an adapter to connect a garden. Not sure a faucet is made that directly connects garden hose without an adapter. Most faucets do have aerators that have the required thread for an adapter though. Delta is my preferred brand as Home Depot sells replacement parts for them. The aerator specs can be found in the replacement parts list on Home Depot product page for the faucet. Glacier Bay 86 in. Stainless Steel Replacement Shower Hose fits 1/2 in. IPS connections, not garden hose connections. To connect 1/2 IPS requires an additional fitting; Everbilt Model # 801799 3/4 in. MHT x 1/2 in. MIP Lead-Free Brass Garden Hose Adapter Fitting. Keep in mind two fittings and hose attached were not anything faucets were designed to handle.

A:  I bought a Moen faucet. As long as you can easily unscrew the aerator and get an adapter you'll be all set. The pic on your question is for a pipe thread and not garden hose thread...

A:  Your faucet will need to have standard pipe threads. This can be determined by removing aerator to match threads with a male connector/coupling between the faucet and hose.

A:  I have no idea. But if you purchase it from Home Depot and it doesn’t fit put everything back in the package and explain to them it’s fine but it didn’t fit your connection. Home Depot is excellent with customer service.

A:  Leak proof, It depends on how good you are in installing it. I had no problem, just don't over tighten it.

A:  The connection is a standard fit, but there is a thick plastic gasket that covers the joint. In my case it made the joint at the head too thick to fit in the mount on the wall. Also, although some come with some thread tape, this one does not and you will need some.

A:  the hose is very flexible and well made. i used it for my shower to replace original one that was shorter. not sure if this taper end will dock onto the base.

A:  It’s available at Home Depot. I don’t understand what you are asking. I don’t know if it can be used on your sink as the shower spray or gun spray as you call it. It attaches to a hand held shower head for the bath.

A:  This is for a shower head. It does not have the connections for a sink gun.

A:  This is a good replacement for a shower hose for people that are disabled and have a rough time washing up in shower, as for sink because this hose is of a longer length I believe it will not be a good replacement in the kitchen for the sink sprayer. A normal length hose would work better!
