A:  Hello Janet, This toilet is rated for a 12" rough-in, so the distance from the finished wall to the mounting bolts should be 12". While there is a little leeway built in, anything under 11.5" would be too small to allow a proper install. A:  Hello Caroline, You can try pressing down on the tank to take some tension off when turning the nut. Also spraying with WD-40 or like solvent might be helpful. The bolt will most likely have a slotted head in the tank, so you can also try to secure that with a screwdriver when trying to turn the nut. Cutting the bolt can be an option, though best to exhaust any other methods first. A:  Hello Linda, The toilet comes with all the needed valves pre-installed within the tank. Also included are a seat & standard 1" thick wax ring with mounting hardware for the floor connection. One item not included is the water supply line to connect the toilet to the wall valve. This is due to the wall connection size varying depending on the wall valve that is being used.
