Answer This Question
A: Generac’s 60kw liquid cooled automatic standby generator is manufactured to order and will be constructed for use with either a natural gas or liquid propane fuel source. Unfortunately, the 60kw liquid cooled units are not field convertible between natural gas and liquid propane. Please note, however, that Generac's smaller liquid cooled units, such as the 48kw unit are field convertible between both of these fuel sources. Answer This Question
A: A single automatic standby generator is capable of providing power to multiple transfer switches, provided that they are fed with the same singular utility service. Multiple residences with separate utility services cannot be connected to one single generator; each service would require its own standby generator.
