      A:  The 10" Escutcheon is not included with the faucet it needs to be purchased separately. The escutcheon is part # 07 552 000.

              A:  Check the hose connections (sprayer to the valve body). There is a sort of a "quick connect". Maybe it wasn't fully inserted and released.
