A: If you are looking to make this a sub panel, fed by 4 wires you will need to purchase a separate ground bar.
If this will be a 3 wire main panel, it does have a neutral/ground bar and will not require the separate ground bar.

Q:I bought mine at Home Depot. Instructions say not to use space 6 & 8. It accepts QL and QP breakers. Space 6 & 8 have thicker plastic where the end away from the buss snaps in. Why?

According to the MFG, This load center does not have a main breaker. It is a main lug panel.
