A:  Flex dispense is a detergent drawer that allows you to use any type of detergent you choose. It automatically releases liquid or powder detergent, fabric softener, and even detergent packs like Tide PODs at the right time for faster activation. You will need to add the detergent manufacturer’s recommended amount for each load. A:  This washer does not come with water hoses so you'll need to purchase those separately. A:  We can confirm that this model PTW600BSRWS has an infusor wash mechanism. It does not have an agitator. We apologize for any confusion and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

A:  Both wash mechanisms are excellent, it is just up to your preference. An infusor has a short, wide base (wash plate) that works alone or with the wash basket to provide different types of wash action. With an Infusor, the clothes stay near the wash plate. The mechanical action of the Infusor moves the clothes through the water and against the sides of the tub and down around the Infusor. This wash system is softer and quieter during agitation.

A:  The Sensor Wash feature senses the incoming water temperature and automatically adjusts the water temperature to the selection you have chosen. This provides you with the best washing and rinsing results. The temperature ranges are obtained by controlling the fill valve. A:  The impeller/infusor replaces the agitator in the wash basket. The Infusor plate works alone or with the wash basket to provide different types of wash action including a centrifugal wash action called Centrifusion (cleaning solution is rapidly pulled through fabrics to force out dirt for thorough, gentle cleaning). The Infusor also rotates (or oscillates) back and forth to "measure" resistance on its surface to determine the load size. We hope this helps!
