Answer This Question
A: Hi Vern - Thanks for reaching out! We truly appreciate your patience and are happy to offer you some guidance on the very helpful warming feature on your oven. - The warm feature helps you keep hot cooked foods at a ready to serve temperature for up to 3 hours! When the warming feature is enabled, the oven will automatically heat up to approximately 175-180 degrees and stay at this steady temperature ideal for warming, as it must heat to 180 degrees to prevent food born bacteria growth. - As you will see on page 14 of the Use and Care Manual, you will turn the selector dial to either Moist or Crisp, as guided by the moisture and temperature chart. For a precise internal temperature read, you can then use a temperature probe to perfect your desired cooking results. We hope that this helps! -Eliza@GEA
