Press Lock pad on the exterior control panel and hold 3 seconds to lock/unlock. After replacing your filter, air may be trapped in the water system. Press the dispenser arm for at least 5 minutes. To check whether you have a clogged/defective filter, remove the filter and install the filter bypass plug in its place. The temperature adjustment only goes one direction. When you keep pressing the Fridge or Freezer pad, the temperature setting will go up until it reaches the maximum limit and then starts over at the lowest limit. The ranges for the Fresh food section on most models is 34°F to 42°F; the range for the Freezer section on most models is -6°F to 5°F. A:  The temperature setting are on the panel above the water/ice maker. Press the button for either freezer or refrigerator and the inside temperature will be displayed. Continue to press the button to change the temperature to your preference. There is also a turbo setting button that quickly cools the unit but I didn't have to use it.

A:  What do you mean by "It's not working"? What's not working? If you had it delivered one of the guys should have set up and tested all fridge functions before you signed off on the delivery. Home Depot has a toll-free Appliances customer service phone number. Use it. I bet there are a few reps working in the call center or maybe from home.

A:  We don't have this feature either. In the Adora we bought, there are two produce crisper drawers with plastic sliders along tracks. Pull the slider to the far left for the low humidity Fruit setting, or to the far right for the high humidity Vegetables setting. The long Climate Zone deli drawer (or whatever you use it for) is not a temperature controlled drawer so I don't know why GE calls it Climate Zone. When we bought this fridge we knew it didn't have the fancy LED climate control buttons, but the sliders in the produce bins were more than we had in our old fridge. The only features we cared about and still enjoy are the Quick Space Shelf and the water dispenser Autofill. These features are not available in other GE fridge models at this price point. I know, I researched fridges extensively before we chose the GE Adora.

A:  best feature of the fridge is the second ice maker

A:  Delivery guy damaged door frame coming into my front door. Said he would come back following Monday and never did. Also, first scheduled delivery day they never showed up and never called. Then I had to call to find out what happened and driver said he knocked on door and nobody hm when I missed work to be hm for a no show. Fridge is great, delivery experience awful.

We can certainly understand your concern that the boys may not completely close the doors due to the "stiffness". The front of the unit should be raised just enough so that the doors close easily when opened less than 90 degrees. At 90 degrees or more, the door will remain still or swing open and must be pushed to close. A:  Check to make sure all the packing is out. I think there is some styrofoam packing up by top of the drawer slides. I found some up there. I almost missed it.
