A:  Hello Retired - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. This range requires two PAR20, 50 Watt maximum halogen bulbs. We do not recommend trying to use LED bulbs. GE cannot recommend altering, redesigning, or modifying an appliance, part, or accessory. Our products are designed, tested and manufactured to specific specifications. I hope this helps! If the range hood is installed as a non-vented or recirculating hood, this model requires the charcoal filter part # WB02X10707. Please contact the Home Depot Parts department at 1-877-650-2121.
