A:  Most likely the switch is bad, but try and reset the program, turn it on-off (slider at the bottom) and reprogram. Hopefully it will solve it.

A:  You have to keep the "clock" button depressed during the entire clock setting procedure. Press the hour button till the correct hour appears then press the minute button till the correct minute appears. There is a very small "A" and a very small "P". for Am and Pm so be sure to set the timer respectively. You can gang set the days or advance the day button as you need.

A:  Hello JMB, I’m Newf from the Home Depot’s how-to Community. Thank you for your question. The only hint I have for you is that there needs to be a neutral (white) wire connected to this timer. If that is the case then I would guess that you have a defective unit which needs to be replaced. I hope this helps, Newf. .

A:  Hello JMB, I’m Newf from the Home Depot’s how-to Community. Thank you for your question. As long as the wiring was done correctly, the fact that you connected 3 lights to this switch should not cause any problem. I assume these lights do not exceed 15 amps (1800 watts) in total, which would be very unusual. I hope this helps, Newf. .

A:  Not enough info with your question, but I think you need a 3 way timer. This timer is not designed for 3 way.

A:  Just once. You set program 1 and the on/off times and that's all. If the timer is still working of course. Mine stopped working after 3 months.

A:  Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. I did reach out to the manufacturer and here is their response to you. " This is a 7 Day Timer. That means that for each day, you can have several on / off cycles set. However, to have the same on / off cycle for every day of the week there is an option to do so called “Block Programming”. Here is an excerpt from the instructions: Block Programming: 1. When programming ON/OFF events, all days are indicated by default. To change the day selection simply keep pressing the Day key and the display will change as follows: 2. Individual Day (MON, TUE, etc.) 3. MON~FRI; SAT~SUN; MON~SAT; MON~SUN 4. MON~WED~FRI; TUE~THU~SAT 5. MON~WED; THU~SAT 6. Follow the steps above to complete programming. The complete instructions can be viewed / downloaded in a .pdf at this website: http://jascoproducts.com/support/manual-downloads/ If you are still having trouble, please contact our customer support line at 800-654-8483, select option 1 and tell the live operator that you have a question about programming the 15086. " Hope this helps.
