A:  Hey Ann! Thanks for your question! No, this model only has one temperature control dial and that is located in the fresh food section. However, we did find another model that has slightly larger dimensions for height, width, and depth. It has temperature controls inside of the freezer as well as the fresh food section. A:  Hi Jay, thanks for reaching out! We have a few normal sounds to provide to you: A boiling, gurgling, or knocking sound can be heard when the unit is running. This is caused by the circulation of refrigerant. Buzzing noises can be heard during and after getting water from the door dispenser. The noise should not last longer than 7 seconds after you stop dispensing. Buzzing noise not related to dispensing water (above), The icemaker will make a buzzing sound when it's trying to fill with water. If the buzzing noise can be heard approximately every 15 minutes, check and make sure the water is turned on to the icemaker. A hissing, sizzling, buzzing, or arching noise may be heard on self-defrost models. This is produced when water drips on defrost heaters. Models are typically shipped with a right hand door opening ("hinges" on right), and the handles get installed on the left.
