A:  You might check the level of the refrigerator. If the cabinet is out of alignment, it may keep the door from closing. Level the refrigerator using the feet on the bottom by screwing them in or out as needed. If you reversed the door to the other side, make sure you followed the instructions and used all of the parts for the change.
