              Answer This Question

A:  Hi Mo - Thank you for your question concerning the 60 in. Braided Stainless Icemaker Connector by Fluidmaster, Inc. Fluidmaster recommends not connecting two braided lines together but rather use one length of tubing to make this very long connection. In cases where more than 10 feet is required using an icemaker copper tubing is recommended. For any additional questions about the Fluidmaster 60 in. Braided Stainless Icemaker Connector or any of our products please contact Fluidmaster's Technical Service Department. Technical Services is available from 5:30 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time. Answer This Question

A:  Hi Molly We suggest replacing the copper line entirely so that the Braided Stainless Icemaker Cnnector can make a direct connection to both the angle stop and the refridgerator. It is not recommended to join the two supply lines.
