A:  Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We have reached out to the manufacturer and their reply is, There are 4 sets of shelves that are 18" deep, the unit is 4.5' side to side and 2.5' front to back

A:  No, it does not come with stakes.

A:  This can withstand 25mph winds. This item does have stakes included.

A:  Home Depot only gives the Vets Discount in-store. I've had hit-n-miss luck with ordering it for in-store pickup and then asking the associate for an adjustment. I'm pretty sure that not all items are coded to accept a military discount so that might be another issue. You're probably better off trying to get a hold of one of their 10% off garden coupons.

A:  There are no tools necessary for the set up of this greenhouse. The shelves simply extend and you just need to lock them into place. The cover slides right over top of the structure.

A:  It is not hard to set up and doesn't require any tools

A:  Actually, I had a neighbor install the shelves for me, so, I can not truthfully answer your question regarding the weight .
