Q:My existing chain link fence is four feet. One part of the fence back on my neighbour property which is at the same height as my chain link fence. The deer can easily jump into my yard. I would like a four foot extension electric fence on my existing four foot chain link fence. Is this possible?

A: I've been using these for years & I've never seen any that are 5' & I'm always checking online for fencing supplies. The attached stake is 6" leaving 42" above the ground right around chest high on a horse which is where you want your poly tape or wire to be when using an electric fence. I don't think they'd be very sturdy at 5' & would probably tend to bend more easily. Hope this helped.
