Q:I purchased this recently. As per installation steps, I need to install retainer plate and grommet for the inactive door. Don?t see those parts in the package. Does the double door comes with the retainer plate and grommet mentioned in fig 4g,4h on page5

        A:  The on line version has two bore holes(Active and Inactive), You can special order the door at a Home Depot store and just have bore holes for the active door.

            A:  One door is considered Active and one Inactive, the Inactive door can be opened by disengaging the flush bolts for the astragal. In case you need to move furniture/etc.
