      Q:Can these panels be used BEHIND a range. I looking to do a 1/2 wall, from floor to window. The range currently sits about 3.5 inches away from the all behind it.

Our tiles are class A fire rated and can withstand up to 140 degrees as long as they are kept 6" away from a direct heat source such as a burner. Yes, these tiles can be installed over substrates that are clean, smooth, flat and dry. If the wood you are applying them too is unsealed, you may want to seal it in order to allow the adhesive to adhere properly. Since our panels do have a profile to them, you will see the profile once the tile is cut into. You can use our Fasade J Trim components to help cover and hide any cut sides of the tiles.
