      Q:I buy this product in Germany "Exchange" before PCS movement and I want to know how the warranty works? Did I need to send this product to Energizer Company or returned to the store? The issue that I have once I connected the 110 volts... star charging for a few seconds then turn off completely.

          A:  The charger claims to charge the batteries in 15 minutes and that's exactly what it does. Keep an eye on it after that time period, the batteries get hot.
