A:  This chair is supportive and comfortable at the same time. The chair envelopes your body and provides support, but with a comfortable feel. It is great for sitting in when visiting my office as well as a comfy chair to sit in and put your feet up on the matching ottoman.

A:  I would say these chairs are more on the firm side but would consider them to be comfortable. I purchased them for my living room so they will not be sat in very often.
