A:  Hello Lynda! You are able to install the washer (EIFLW50LIW) in the 3rd floor of your townhome. We would recommend assuring that the washer is leveled and all of the installation material has been removed. That will assure the washer does not shake too much. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

A:  Hi SbOnny, Thank you for your submission. In researching the model EIFLW50LIW, we were able to identify that it is not recommended to wash items such as ski pants and coats. However, if you choose to wash those particular garments, we would recommend using a delicate cycle. A:  Hi, thank your inquiry. It is a very good question! This model (EIFLW50LIW) is equipped with what is called a “fast wash”. This cycle is designed for lightly soiled clothes and will complete within as fast as 18 minutes. We have provided further information via this link ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Webster/137519000een.pdf; it will allow you to access the User and Care guide of your new appliance for your review on other features. We hope this information is of assistance. Feel free to contact us directly or via the Q&A forum via this website. -Best Regards-

A:  The model I purchased (EIFLW50LIW) claims 18 minutes for the fast wash cycle. Each cycle choice has a different time associated with it. I would imagine that if you had low water pressure it might take more than that. I haven't timed it myself.

A:  Hi Beth, there is a dispenser located on the upper left side of the machine, as you're looking at it on the web. Scroll your mouse over the picture of the washer, and you will see a button on the picture that says perfect balance. Also take a look at pages 5 and 8, of the use and care manual. You will see pictures that show you how the dispenser drawer opens and how it functions. http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/56/568981d0-88d8-4fa0-9651-f83ab415577f.pdf

A:  There is a pop out drawer on the left top corner where you add all (liquids) additives.
