The louver is 1 3/4", the stiles are 2 1/8", the top and center rail are 3 1/2", and the bottom rail varies is 3 1/2" (but can vary, depending on overall height of shutter). While we cannot customize the quantity of louvers, as that would change the frame size and overall height, we can customize the height of the top, middle, or bottom rail and the width of the stiles. However, we do have wood shutters available in every inch (and can do every 1/4" in between, as well). Because the ends are trimmed/finished, we'd recommend choosing the size needed, as opposed to cutting them. This will give you the most finished looking product. You can sort the shutters by size, or feel free to reach out to a Home Depot Representative if you need a custom size.
