A:  Hi Jon. Great question, but no this 1x2 cannot be cut to fit an arched opening. However, we do manufacturer an extrusion called Archway that does allow you to form it with snip and a rubber mallet to fit an 5' or great diameter archway. The profile of Archway is 2" wide by 3/16" thick solid flat bar with a spline groove extrude to one edge. A:  Actually you can bend this to a certain point for an arched entryway, I’ve done it on my own home and it looks like it was bent on a machine. Slow and steady pressure.

A:  You could possibly find a bracket that connects them end to end, but there isn't anything purpose built for that. I wish Id taken that into account screening my porch in- I would have done my panels differently to hide the joints.

A:  Nothing connects them.  You just need to line them up correctly and then secure it to the opening

A:  I was only able to get 8' pcs .It has to do with the carrier ( ups or fedex )

A:  Hi Dave. Since COVID, shipping the 10 ft. pieces has been difficult and can only be done via Special Order through your local Home Depot Pro Desk. This is not public knowledge for Pro Desk Associates and the 10' lengths are not currently listed in their system. A:  These are the top and bottom. You drill a hole into these and tapcon them to concrete or screw into wood. Then you cut lengths on the sides and frame pieces and fix together, then add the screen.

A:  Each piece is 8 ft long. Cut to size using a saw blade rated for aluminum (eye protection and gloves recommended).

However, it is still difficult to get them to you as they are only available via the "call vendor for price" option at your local Home Depot Pro Desk (5/11/21) or by emailing support@ezhandrail.com. The associate will want to call us (Madden Manufacturing) at 573.365.7085 for the store costs. This is not common practice for Pro Desk associates and it can be a very timely and cumbersome process.
