A:  It just slips on and just needs to be tightened.

    A:  It slides over the side of the tub and is tightened with the existing three prong nob that you see pictured.. Took me under 5 minutes to install..

      A:  Slips on and you tighten with your hand by the device provided. I have had another one of this type and it has not "slipped" in 10 years.

        A:  It slips on and then you turn the dial to tighten it. It's very easy to install.
