If your finished opening width is between 58" - 59", then this Unidoor model size will fit. 58" is the absolute minimum finished width tolerance and 59" is the absolute maximum finished width tolerances. A:  I suspect you could have the door open inward. All you would have to do is install the hinges upside down from the install instructions and install the door seal on the panel with the lip on the outside.

A:  The DreamLine Unidoor shower doors now feature adjustable hinges, allowing you to choose if you would like the door to open inward or outward. The hinges come to you pre-set by the factory to open outward, which is the recommended position. Should you choose to adjust the hinge to open inward, you will need to change the orientation of the vinyl piece that the door closes against, installing the flange on the outside of the shower. Instructions will be included with the hinge for changing the orientation of the swing. A simple adjustment is all that it takes to allow the door to open inward. A:  Dav, The glass is 27 3/8 inches wide. 71 1/2 inches tall. It is also 3/8 of an inch thick. It sits 1/2 of an inch away from the wall. It can also open on either side of the opening. If I remember correctly the glass weighs about 80 pounds by itself.
